Training providers have identified a growing need to make learning more relevant to specific business environments to increase effectiveness. These new qualifications are required to address new National Occupational Standards reflecting sector-
The qualifications cover the following topics:
Designed for anyone working in a catering, manufacturing or retail setting where food is prepared, cooked and handled.

Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering
Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision for Manufacturing
Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision for Retail
Group: £250+VAT (£300 inc VAT) plus £20+VAT (£24 inc VAT) per person
Individual: £50+VAT (£60 inc VAT)
Assessment by multi choice exam
HABC or Qualsafe
Additional charges may apply for travel over 50 miles.
